We provide you all the forms you need to incorporate yourself (you answer some questions and we populate the forms for you!), PLUS instructions on how to file the documents in your home state, how much to pay the state, expected turn-around time, etc. All of this in 5 Easy Steps and it is absolutely FREE!

Step 1 - Sign Up - select the state in which you are incorporating; choose the type of entity you are forming (corporation or LLC - to learn more about each type, click on the Comparison Chart on the Home Page); provide your name, email and phone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order; provide your billing address and credit card information; and choose an account password.

Step 2 - Review Filing Requirements - once your payment is processed, we take you to a landing page for your state that includes this state's filing requirements and costs for you to review.  The instructions will guide you through the forms and filing process for that state.

Step 3 - Complete Forms - click on each form to be filed and you will be taken to a questionnaire.  Once you complete the answers to the questions, your answers are automatically populated into the necessary forms to be filed.

Step 4 - Print PDF's - Each form is in PDF format for easy printing.  Each form will already be populated with the information you provided in Step 3, so all you have to do is print them out and sign them where instructed.

Step 5 - Mail to State - Follow the instructions as to where to file your forms, and to whom to make your check payable.  Some states allow you to file by fax with a credit card and we will provide you with a fax cover sheet.

You're Done!  Now just wait for the state to return your filing, and you're IN BUSINESS!
